Youth who identify as Indigenous, Black, or a Person of Colour are especially encouraged to join.

Why should I join?

At Huddle, we believe that the best way to create safe spaces and meaningful services that truly work for young people is by listening to and learning from YOU.

What does being involved look like?

It’s fun! You’ll express your thoughts and experiences confidentially through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions – including arts-based activities and conversations with our caring team, and potentially other youth and their families.

You may also get to participate in Indigenous research methods like Knowledge Circles.

You’ll be asked questions like:

How can I get involved?

It’s easy! Simply email ingauge@umanitoba.ca to sign up or ask for more information.

Thank you for how much you care about making it easier for youth to find the help they need for mental health, substance use, and overall wellness.
